A £20 deposit will be required to hold your trial time. This will be deducted from your trial invoice. (Payment for the trial must be received on or before the trial date).

A £50 deposit will be required to secure your wedding date. This will be deducted from your final invoice. (The final payment is payable on the day of the wedding).

In the unlikely event that I am unable to make the booking I will try to find a replacement artist that I recommend. Cancellation by myself prior to your trial will result in your deposit being refunded to you. Cancellation by myself prior to your wedding day will result in a full refund of the trial cost and wedding day deposit.

In the event of an accident, illness, mechanical breakdown, traffic delay or weather condition beyond my control, I cannot be held responsible for non-attendance. If I can't find a recommendable artist in the area, the full extent of my liability would be to give you a full refund.

You reserve the right to cancel at any time. Cancellations must be in writing. In the event of cancellation by you the deposits are non-refundable.

If my journey includes any extra parking or congestion charges, these will be added to your final bill.

I accept cash and cheques; I am unable to accept credit/debit cards. If you wish to pay by cheque, this must be done 2 weeks before the trial/wedding date to allow the cheque to clear; otherwise you may pay cash on the day.
